Objective What decision will this research inform? One or two sentences, oriented around business outcome. If you can't name the decision, the plan isn't ready. ## 2. Method - **Primary method:** [e.g. moderated usability testing, semi-structured interviews, card sorting] - **Why this method:** fit for the research questions, product stage, and user access.
